  Dummy me ordered the wrong remote. Called the help line for Serra and the guy immediately figured out my problem. Sent me the right controller in the mail with a return address sticker for the wrong remote. I appreciate his help and it took all of 5 minutes. Recommend using this store to buy your Serta products from.
