    This is a fantastic seller. I ordered a new sealed Criterion film at a great price. Not only was it received quickly and well packaged, the DVD was in fantastic pristine condition. But the added feature which I have never experienced on eBay, is that the seller provided updates as to the status of my order up to and including delivery. This was in addition to the usual eBay updates. That is really an extra service. Bravo. I highly recommend this seller.

    Paid on August 1, seller printed a shipping label on August 5 and never gave anything to the post office. Sent message and was told it was lost in the mail and they would either track down the record or give refund on the following day. Instead I was ghosted and haven't gotten either the item or refund and had to open a case with PayPal. They haven't cooperated with PayPal investigation other than giving tracking info. As of August 18th I still haven't gotten a refund or the item.
