I messaged the company and they automatically apologised for that from the delivery company. They sent out a brand new plate to replace it. Good value for money. Quality is good appearance exactly the same as shown.

On inspection, one bowl had a crack however after contacting the seller, a new set was offered and was dispatched promptly. I was also offered to keep the original set.
