  Item exactly as described, maybe better! Even though it’s not fully functioning, it is in otherwise EXCELLENT condition. Item was clean and very well packaged, fast processing and shipping. I needed this for a costume, so the negotiable price was appreciated considering the condition, but the value is high to me for what it is, and it went to a good forever home. I’m so happy!
