    The seller shipped it lightning fast and it was exceptionally well packaged. The item arrived fully functional as described. There was a little more damage to the case than was disclosed and a piece of plastic rattling around inside. I don’t believe that the seller intentionally misled as the additional damage was not visible unless the case was removed. Overall I am very happy with the purchase and the seller. And I would buy from them again.

    I am NOT satisfied with Ebay 1) Item stucked in Swedish Customs (Missing attached Invoice + HS-code) I have had contact with seller, they refer to you as responsibility (Ebay do not have a service in robot-assistant for this… and I did not know where to ask else…) 2) I have not get an Invoice for accounting my Company (Ebay do not have a service in robot-assistant to get any either) ((Seller refer to you…)) 3) Seller have been kind to refund (It was unnecessary but too late for me to stop)
