  Excellent customer service. We had to pay an extra cost of £97 plus import tax to have this shipped to the Uk but it was worth every penny. The item is of a very high quality, the company had taken extra steps to double package the bench to reduce the risk of damage and it arrived super quickly and in prime condition. Thank you to Michael, who added such a personal touch to our purchase. I would recommend this seller without hesitation

  Chandelier looks great. Please note you have to pay import taxes if live in UK and cost me approx £50 extra before parcel force delivered. This was not very clear in advert. However seller did respond quickly when queried.
