I received communication from the seller (Chris) who took time out to contact me, checking that the item had arrived & was ok. Unfortunately there were a couple of minor issues with the CD player, which Chris advised he would be happy to resolve. I decided to return the item in the end, so that I could decide whether or not to buy new or try another used item. Chris was fantastic all the way, constantly communicating and arranged a speedy refund👍
