    The item arrived packaged well and in as-described condition. The shipping took an extra day than initially indicated, but that's not a big deal. Overall, the value of the item was spot on, and I would definitely purchase from this seller again. This was by far the most authentic-looking Cookie Monster plush that I found on eBay, and I appreciate that!

    Great seller. Shipping very fast and packaged with care, item as described. The pin does not go into the back all the way, or securely (afraid of losing the pin), but otherwise I’m happy. Cute pin and was wrapped in paper with adorable cat stickers included.

    I’m so happy with my Smillows Orange Scented Plush Pillow! It arrived quickly, was exactly as described, and smells amazing. The packaging was great, and the pillow is super soft and cute.
