  Exactly as ordered and delivery within an acceptable timeframe. Packaging flawless, item new and extremely good value. I would rather ebay than stomp around hairdressers when in town looking for a product I have used for many years. By the way about $20 or more less than I would pay in the shops.

  The book did take a while to arrive but I had good communications with the sellers who offered me a refund, if I wished. The book is well made and interesting. There are similar books advertised which are more expensive but have more fold outs on the pages. This book looks really nice.
