However having informed them of this they where very quick to check if they could find were the item was. We appreciated that it was coming over the Christmas holidays so was happy to see that the seller offered us a replacement item. We didn't need the replacement item as on the day the seller said he would send us another the original one turned up in the post. would be good to have a tracking facility.

The glasses are as expected. The long wait & rather computerised responses left me cold, but we got there in the end.
