    There were complications with 1st delivery but seller was quick to respond and an exchange was made with regards to returning first item and sending out new one. Refund was given in good time also. If I’m making negative comments regards initial delivery then I must make positive ones about the seller. They are extremely quick to respond and never leave you waiting for a response. Seller has good demeanour and is very willing to help with anything which is hugely important for online sales.

    I ordered Minato vs 9 Tails Kurama and recieved a very bad quality figure, I made a return and got full refun. Seller was prompt to contact me and apologise for the mix up, he sent me a Minato figure (completely free of charge), new figure was very good quality, I am happy with it. Very pleased with how the seller resolved my bed experience and made it a good one. Thank you very much

    Item arrived in good time and was as described. My only complaint is that the item was not packaged very securely given the fact that it it a fragile figure. It doesn't appear to be damaged however so I am pleased overall. Thank you.
