    This is my 2nd purchase from Natural Evolution and I'm certain it will not be the last. Outstanding packing job to ensure this delicate instrument arrived safe and sound. Description was fully accurate - the damaged handle was the only issue and they made sure to point it out. Their prices are quite reasonable, shipping is very fast, and it is obvious they care. After short warmup the frequency counter has good accuracy and an excellent display. VERY satisfied. Thank you!

    The product arrived as described in used untested condition. I had the correct battery and AC adapter needed to perform operational tests and found the unit inoperative. I requested a refund and shipped the unit back. The seller issued the refund quickly upon receipt. I would purchase from this seller again if they had something I was looking for. A+ for customer service.

    Item was packaged and shipped very quickly. The Tascam was in the exact condition as described. It did not come with a power supply, which was indicated in the description. So I've been waiting to receive the power supply I ordered to give a full review. I will give a full review when it arrives. Otherwise, seller was excellent and would definitely order from again.
