I contacted the customer service office and was able to share a picture of what appeared to be a missing part and it was quickly determined that the item was damaged during shipment. The customer service person sent out a replacement item that arrived quickly and undamaged. Additional packaging was included in the box this time to ensure that there was no issue. I will use this company again in the future!
