Seller didn't respond to my inquiries as to where the stamps were weeks after I ordered them. No tracking info. They finally arrived more than THREE WEEKS after I ordered them. Almost one hundred dollars worth of stamps were put between two pieces of carboard and stapled together and mailed. Zero glassine envelopes to protect them. When it arrived, part of the souvenir sheet was hanging out of the carboard. Incredible! Don't buy stamps!

I then received an email from eBay saying the seller was canceling the purchase, but I have not received a refund. eBay says the issue is ‘’an issue with the refund’. As a result , I may have to file a fraud claim with my credit card company. I would never purchase anything from this seller again.
