    Very precessional and quick to respond. I had some issues with my order in how it was packed and the condition of the items I ordered. The item description did regret to mention how filthy the figures were and that the smelt really bad. Because of that, I requested a partial refund and he was quick to accommodate. In fact he sent me more than I asked for. Would do business with again.
