  Very easy transaction but unfortunately not the same item as described. I am disappointed, but I can easily see how this could have been an oversight as they are both Burt's Bees "ultra conditioning". I specifically wanted the "kokum butter" however, like the picture shows, which is why I bought it online. Instead of returning it though I've opted to keep it. The item is new and was packaged nicely and also came very quickly.

  I highly recommend this seller and will gladly do business with again. The beautiful appearance in the post sealed the deal. The quality of each item is exactly as described. Upon arrival, the condition of both items I purchased were wonderful due to being safely packaged to protect their fragility. They were also shipped and arrived when I was told they would. The products are of exceptional value.

  Sent wrong item; they sent having soap rather than hand soap in the green package. The order was clear... I try to use "contact seller" to resolve the issue; the service does not accept text input. I encourage them to contact me to try to deal with bad performance. James
