  Excellent, highly recommended dealer. After taking an unusual amount of time in the mail (announced by 01.09.2025, arrived on 18.09.2025), I reported the item as undelivered on 12.09.2025. The dealer immediately offered to ship a replacement. As a result of the late receipt, this has now been resolved. Overall, the dealer responded in a friendly, helpful and quick manner.

  A very reliable and trustworthy supplier, so popular - and can therefore get a bit behind at times. I ordered the same size TY pack from this and another supplier. The other one charged less for P&P and got my pack to me the next day. This one took 6 days, arriving a day later than latest estimate, and charged more for sending the same weight in the same large blister. Now their norm, it seems. Need to tighen up.
