  The product was as described. I received a message 4 days after the order was placed that " seller is packing your item " which amounted to slapping a shipping label on the factory supplied box. That indicated it took four days to find the time to process the order. This was about 30% off retail price so I guess patience will save you money.

  Excellent condition for being used. Also received owners manual and wired phone cable with it that was not pictured. Thanks, that was much appreciated as well as being well packed. I had a little trouble connecting it to bluetooth. Sound is fantastic. Great seller and fast shipping. A+++
