The solid responded to me immediately and gave me several different shipping options and went out of their way to try to accommodate me buying a gift last second.   Excellent transaction. The knife was exactly as shown in the pictures. The shipping package was not appropriate as the Limited Edition box was crushed hurting the overall value.
