It said there was a tracking number on July 30th.(said it would be delivered august 1st to the 7th) And then after that nothing. I reached out numerous times and just got the same message over and over again telling me to be patient. And then I finally asked for a refund (which i paid 100$) they tried to offer me 5$. Like what a joke. Had to open a case. Still trying to get my money back. Wish me luck

They claimed that it was real in the title but I wanted to double check by messaging them. I scanned the QR code and it took me to wonky, risky website! I also received the labubu in a weird bag that was a ziplock bag and the inside of the bag had no print of the big into energy logo so then I immediately realized that it was fake. I am so disappointed what a waste of time and money! Don’t buy from this shop:(

A week later they made up a new excuse, saying it burned in a fire. After I reported them, they offered a $5 coupon and promised to resend, but the exact same scam is happening again. This seller is a fraud, a liar, and a con artist. Do not buy from them under any circumstances.
