  I didn’t receive the item and it never shipped, but this is actually why I am giving a 5 star review. The item was incorrectly listed as the wrong gauge of strings than I use, they notified me and offered to ship, give a store credit, or just refund. They explained they just made a mistake on the listing. No problem. I took the refund but appreciate honest sellers.

  This order was purchased on Tuesday 22nd and was sent asap by the seller that arrived today on the 24th Thursday. I am totally impressed by this seller and would by again from them.   I ordered it and it was promptly shipped bt due to storms in the area the post office took almost 2 weeks to get it to me.anytime talked to the seller they answered all my questions in a timely manner.i will buy from them again
