  I ordered a rear taillight for my car and I received and it was broken so I decided to contact customer service and they responded me back quickly and replaced it without any charge and second item was delivered with no issues at all I really like the way they treated me and perfect customer service

  Very disappointed – item arrived defective and damaged, seller unhelpful I ordered BMW G30 LCI taillights and received them damaged and defective right out of the box. One of the lights had visible cracks, and the wiring was poorly done. Despite contacting the seller immediately with photos and proof, they refused to take any responsibility or offer a replacement or refund. Extremely unprofessional behavior. Beware before buying – if anything goes wrong, you’re on your own. I would not recommen

  Seller Cancelled order because it was "lost." They never shipped it. They still have the listing listed but at higher price. Assuming seller listed item too cheap, and backed down the sale. Extremely Annoying.

  This seller sent me a faulty driver side tail light the light does not work, I tried working with the seller but they are trying to get me to cut a wire and deny my return. I would avoid this seller.All they had to do was ship me a replacment but instead they spent weeks to not find a solution for me and wait for ebay to force them to send me a return label

  The only issue I have is that the lights aren’t clear they’re smoked. The description says clear but they will send you the smoked ones so beware. I contacted the seller and the only thing they told me was that that’s what’s in the picture and they couldn’t do anything about it. If the smoked ones are what you’re looking for then go for it they work perfectly fine and the price is good.
