We accepted the refund, as we decided to take the vehicle to a garage for repair. The refund was processed quickly, and the seller responded to all my messages promptly and professionally.

  Received item as described but was not suitable for my vehicle. Contacted the seller who was very helpful and refunded my payment. Good customer service and communication was very prompt.

  If the seller requests a revision I will accept as they have now offered to replace the item which I have accepted as a solution as perhaps I can modify the part in some way.

  Excellent condition very good value well wrapped and boxed arrived when they said it would. This was the second company I ordered from the other was absolutely rubbish this company also kept in touch although, good to deal with.

  The light cluster arrived quickly, well packed and in excellent condition. The appearance is very similar to the original light cluster and works perfectly.   I had originally intended to cancel this delivery as I believed it would be too late to arrive when I needed it, however the Seller assured me that they had pushed so i would receive it sooner than the estimated time. It arrived last week, earlier than anticipated and in great condition, which I'm grateful for. I totally recommend mz9003 and would definitely purchase from them again.
