    Car: 2017 Honda Civic EX 4DL. Broke the cap and the housing of the right side rearview mirror when reversing out of the garage. Clear communication and in-time replies. Careful packing, received intact. Swift shipment (from mainland China) and delivery (by Canada Post). Taught myself using YouTube videos to switch it saving hundreds of dollars if went to the dealer and there’s no need to calibrate the aiming of the camera. Overall, good product, good service and experience, recommended👍

    Received defective AND wrong item. Received Honda CRV mirror instead of Honda HRV. Power adjustment doesn't work, turn signal not working, blind spot flashes instead of turn signal. Sent seller pics and vids by their request. Was told it is a waste of time to return item to china. Asked for refund 3 times, was only offered $30 for a $159.83 purchase. Contacted eBay support, was told the seller will refuse to accept return and to dispute charge with credit card company.
