  The video game user manual was as described. It shipped in a reasonable time, however there was no tracking and no cardboard or any protection for the small pamphlet-like user manual. It was just placed in an unpadded regular envelope and mailed. Miraculously USPS did not fold, bend, or destroy it. I'm happy to have received it safe and sound. :-)
