    I placed an order for a few side/tea plates, and sadly one was broken prior to delivery, but this seller informed me immediately and substituted another plate at no cost. I wholeheartedly recommend this seller who has many and varied big name pottery products and great value prices. Appearance and quality as described and great quality. I shall certainly use this seller again.

    This lovely little gravy boat arrived safely, well packed and exactly what i was expecting from the picture and description. The seller was scrupulously honest about the very minimal damage and priced it well for the condition. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and would have no problem buying from this seller again

    Great seller. Efficient postal. Plates were exactly as described and appeared in photos. Very pleased with sellers efforts of wrapping items in paper along with lots of great bubble wrap. The plates arrived without any damage whatsoever.

    Can highly recommend this Seller. Received my cup and the photos did not do it justice. The cup is so delicate and beautiful, I was completely taken back by it. Absolutely delighted. Packaged considerately so as to ensure no damage in transit. Excellent, thank you indeed.
