The item was dropped off for shipping the next day and packaged with the utmost care. Unfortunately USPS failed to update my tracking information for a few long days. Kim took it into her hands to try and contact them to solve the problem. USPS finally solved the issue but she was prepared to go to the office in person to speak with an associate the next day. Kim is a STELLAR seller!
