    On receiving the item the tights had clearly been removed from the packaging and replaced. I messaged the seller explaining that was the case and the item was described as new. They promptly responded saying that that was unusual and sent out another pair straight away. The sticky label had been peeled back but the tights were still attached to the cardboard as though they hadn't been removed. Ultimately I was happy with the service and swift response to my query.

    Fantastic. Exactly the colour I needed and the seller was super helpful too. Was initially sent the wrong pair (footless not footed) Seller responded within 30 minutes of me contacting them, and immediately organised the correct pair to be sent out. Easy transaction, would definitely buy from here again. A++

    Half of my order was dispatched and delivered promptly. Once I raised the issue that half my order was missing, the seller responded quickly and shipped the missing pack with the same prompt service. This was only a minor inconvenience that was resolved efficiently and promptly. As such, I would still recommend this seller and would be happy to do business again. Many thanks 😊

    Two of the clips were damaged. When I contacted the seller, they responded straight away and immediately sent me replacements. They actually sent me 4 new clips even though only two of the originals were damaged. I'm really impressed with this wonderful service. Thank you mytoptrendz! The clips themselves are lovely, too! Would definitely use this seller again.
