    Item as described; very nice, new and top quality, but due to an inventory glitch, took 19 days to receive. I wish the seller reached out to me ahead of time to address the delay, rather than forcing me to inquire as to its whereabouts a week after ordering. Unfortunately, someone's birthday gift was late. I would consider buying here again, but please... some better communication in the future!

    The first mug I received had a slight tear on the wrap around the mug. I contacted the seller with a couple of pictures. They were great! Asked if I wanted a refund or a new mug. I chose the mug, and no questions were asked. They sent out a new mug, and it looks great. I would order from this seller again! Thank you!

    My order was received expediently, except the incorrect item was shipped in error. These things happen, but as it was a Christmas present, was pressed for time to get the correct item. This company went above and beyond to remedy the situation as they no longer had the item I needed in stock. They contacted their supplier for help and I received the correct item just in time for Christmas. This was wonderful customer service!
