  although not as described as stated to be new nib, when talking with the seller, she told me she did not see that one of the 5 bottles had been opened and used. i feel it was a honest mistake and was pleased that she offered to refund me. i am not taking the offered refund as the product will be used by my husband. the parcel was wrapped well and arrived quickly. the value - this product was wanted by my husband who has been trying to find it for some years now. so - priceless! thank you!

  Seller was amazing with sending the package out on time. The post office though, they smashed the box so bad in transit that the item ended up damaged but still fixable :( prettyperfectjewels responded to my message about the situation immediately and was just as sad as I about it.
