I reached out to her initially because I saw she was selling two different sizes of some antique plates I had broken of my stepsister's, and inquired about whether or not I could have both sets packaged together to save on shipping costs. Not only was she quick to respond, but she also offered me a discount on BOTH items *plus* she was willing to adjust the shipping costs! The plates were packed so extremely well, and in pristine condition! 5-Stars all around!
