  I ordered two items but received only one. When I contacted the seller about the missing item, I was informed that a refund was the only option because the product would no longer be produced due to technical reasons. This failure to fulfil my order forced me to source the item elsewhere, resulting in additional delays. I find this level of customer service entirely unacceptable and unprofessional.
