  I originally did not receive the tip,s as pictured, that I needed. When I started a return, the seller messaged me immediately and put extra tips in the mail. Unfortunately we miscommunicated and they were the wrong tips again! Once we sorted it out, he sent the right tips, with extras, within a day. Wonderful communicator and will not rest until you are satisfied!
