    I originally ordered this bag only to be told it was out of stock. They asked if I'd wait a few weeks, but I wanted it quicker, so I got a refund. A day later, they stated the bag was available again and would process it as soon as possible. It appeared to be dispatched quickly with no tracking. 11 days later they messaged stating there was an unexpected delay, and provided a tracking number. I think they were waiting for stock to arrive when sold it the 2nd time! Don't believe a word they say!
