The rug is an excellent value and is beautiful, as it was described. Shipping was fast. I will make every effort to buy from them again. MY HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION. Packaging strong and secure: rolled, tied, boxed, with box wrapped tightly in heavy plastic. Rug itself squeaky clean. Cleaning solution sprayed on, then wiped off with a white towel turned up no trace of dirt. (This done at a professional carpet washing/repair/storage company.)
