  Great value for money, both copper water bottles are well made and of very good quality They came with our names etched into the copper giving them a really nice unique and bespoke appearance Both well packaged so arrived in mint condition The package itself took a while to arrive as it travelled halfway round the world but well worth the wait I would definitely use this seller again

  For two weeks this dishonest seller lied saying the item was despatched when it wasnt! Seller knew I needed it urgently for an event (I knew it wasn't despatched as seller couldn't provide any tracking). Tired of waiting, so i opened a request and asked for a refund. Seller ignored my request for a refund and decided to despatch. When it finally arrived, it didn't look like the pictured item. The item(Potli bag) arrived so late, after the event I needed it for, completely wasted my time☹️

  Waste of time, seller has no customer service skills, when placing order told to post via Royal Mail as per listing, when posted 7 days later, used. Evri (they can’t find my address) seller will not refund or cancel order, they clearly lied & said they had posted but had not, then decided to post 3 days later. Now over 2 weeks item not received, opened case for refund! AVOID, don’t know how eBay let sellers like this sell on their platform. Complete waste of my money & Time. 0 star rating.
