  First did not send correct label which was his responsibility on top rude communication when I sent back the item he didn’t refund postage which £4 of item value £10 l told him refund 50% postage to make fair!!!! Still item is not good quality like his describe I’m 100% not recommended

  The buyer reported the item as faulty, and we agreed to refund postage if it was confirmed defective. However, the item was found to be in full working order after testing. We provided clear instructions on how to connect the car charger, which is a straightforward process. It was tested with three different devices, all of which functioned properly. Therefore, we cannot provide a refund for the return costs, as the issue appears to be due to a misunderstanding of the product's operation.
