  They ask for me to contact the seller when most of my issues are with the carriers and package tracking. I suggest in your best interest to find a carrier company that’s reliable. They make it seems as it’s your fault , when it’s the carriers fault. When it’s time to leave message how the carrier sucks, we have to let selling company deal with it. It is not your fault the packages arrive late. 80% of lateness is on the shipping companies that won’t take the blame.
