The order arrived damaged with the cap open even though the item was packed in bubble wrap. The order had leaked everywhere. I assume this was a logistics issue and to do with the transit of the order in the post. I reached out to the seller Gudz UK who agreed to give me a full refund. I can't blame the seller here as they have been so understanding. These things do happen from time to time, and I hope the seller gets this delivery issue resolved with Royal Mail.

I have given this a positive but this is for the price only.
On arrival the packaging was wet inside as the bubble wrap pocket was sticky with leaked shampoo, hence less liquid.
The secondary packaging was insufficient to keep the product tight & upright hence the leakage. Please view attached photos.
Suggestion, fastening the tops with tape, for transit, might solve the problem of leakage.
Recommendation to this seller.

I ordered on the 29/05, they said they sent untracked on 30/05, yet it arrived on the 11/06 by Tracked 48???
I nearly put a claim in, and had no response to my earlier email.
It cost me more this time, yet I get a poorer service.
They arrived in new condition though!
I have bought them many times before without a problem from other sellers.
Not that impressed.

I had an email yesterday informing me that my order for Natex had been deliverd by Royal Mail. This was NOT correct, since it had not been delivered. I went on to the Royal Mail Tracking website and used the Royal Mail Tracking Refernce (IV0828a58328GB).
I opened the Tracking Assistant and enterd my postcode (SS16 5HL) This informed me that the parcel was not sent to my postcode address but to a different address (see attached picture)
I therfore request a full refund.

I received a shaving brush that I did not buy, the seller sent me a different shaving brush and wants to explain to me that it is a small family business and it is Royal Mail's fault that I received the shaving brush packed to the correct address, I do not recommend this service
