  Came fast, appears to be brand new and unused as stated in description, arrived in a plain box which is fine and came in a nice little carry draw string bag with GoPro labelling. Came with all the attachments shown and is a genuine GoPro mount. Very pleased with purchase for almost half the cost of GoPro.

  Item is exactly as described in excellent condition, very well packaged and nicely presented, clearly some care has been put into the packing.   I received the item well as described, the right earbud was faulty at first, but the seller addressed my concern immediately and sent a prompt replacement for the faulty one at no additional cost to me. Great value for my money and I appreciate the seller's correspondence.

  Great communication and fast dispatch – the seller handed the item over to eBay the very next day. Unfortunately, eBay then sat on the delivery for 14 days, which was incredibly frustrating. None of that was the seller’s fault though – top marks to the seller. Many thanks!
