  The item arrived super quickly and perfectly packaged for a part that could have been damaged in the post. I contacted the seller on another item and they were incredibly helpful with their reply. Highly recommend this seller.

  100 % recommended seller. My original item went missing via the carrier. Mike at MWESUK was brilliant, both in responding to my query about the missing item, and organising a replacement to be sent out. Would absolutely use this seller again. The item itself is exactly as described and good value.

  The title is very misleading, it states 3x filters and costs more than similar items. However, you do not get 3 packs, you get 1 pack that coincidentally can be cut into 3 paper filters, whilst you still only receive one charcoal filter. This is the exact same as what you receive in a standard pack anyway. I contacted the seller regarding this and they were very rude and did not acknowledge that this is misleading or offer a solution. I would avoid this seller and buy from elsewhere

  We were not rude we simply pointed out to you what you have just admitted to anyway. ie "IT STATES 3 FILTERS". Why would you expect 3 packs. The price is very similar to everybody elses so to expect 3 packs would be ridiculous. Again "What you receive is a a standard pack" exactly, that is what is shown and that is what is described in the listing. You've left us bad feedback because you can't take ownership of your own mistake, you are being very unfair.
