  Shipped in a larger box with no packing material. The tub rolled around, top popped off towels rolled out. They were dry when I got them. I have contacted the seller several times. They will not refund my money nor replace the towels. DON’T BUY FROM THEM…THEY DON’T CARE. I am out $16, had to go to Auto Zone and buy them there. I tried to work it out with them but the failed.

  This smoker is exactly what I expected. Very happy with purchase. Shipping was on time but a glitch in the tracking/shipping showed the item being delivered two days before I purchased it. Seller responded but item was delivered before the issue was resolved. I just couldn't find where it was and it was even delivered by a different company than the shipping information quoted. Weird. Still got it and happy with it.

  Item as advertised. Fast shipper! When my package arrived, it had been damaged in transit and one of the swatters was missing. I contacted the seller and they refunded for the missing item with absolutely no hassle. Also, I've owned this product before and it's well worth the price.
