  The flute I received was not the one in the photo. The case is dirty, the head joint is tarnished, dinged, and missing the end cap. It was shipped wrapped in plastic and arrived rattling. Photos of how it arrived. Didn’t bother trying to put it together to play. Seller has not responded to my message. Sending it back.

  I ordered a copper kettle. The kettle was described in a good working condition. However upon delivery the kettle was with a broken off nozzle. One can not use a kettle without a nozzle attached to it. I would not buy from this seller again and do not recommend anybody to buy from this seller because the description of the items this person sells are not the same. A nozzle that is broken off and detached completely from the copper kettle is certainly not good working condition.
