  I have had a very positive experience DHL sent me text that the package was delivered But I could not find it They did not send a picture But the seller was polite and helpful Managed to ctc DHL Japan which in turn contacted DHL US At the end I found the package I will buy again from the seller

  One of the best transactions I've ever had. Communication was always timely & respectful. The statue was in perfect condition. Exactly as described. Orange Lark used an amazing amount of padding & care to make sure the statue arrived in perfect condition. I will happily work with Orange Lark again without a 2nd thought or care. Even though the package had to cross the Pacific, it arrived a day early. A true instance of under-promise and over-deliver.
