USPS was sending my book to Puerto Rico ignoring that the seller printed my address correctly after my book was already arrived to Jacksonville, the seller is so nice and immediately he did everything posible to help me, thanks yo him l finally got my book today and of course l highly will recommended this seller, he is the best of the best, l will continue buying my books on his store.

    Three times, I tried to purchase a book that was to come with a CD and my primary interest was the CD. I was finally able to purchase the book with the CD from this seller. So, of course, I am very happy with him. Please check my history to see how it went with the first two sellers. All I wanted was to have the item come as described and it finally did. The shipping and packaging were fine.

    Fast shipping and accurately described. Very well packaged for a flimsy book. I like that the seller took a little extra effort to make sure my item arrived to me in an acceptable condition. Also the item was fairly priced for the condition it was in, which the condition was excellent.

    The store claims 2-day handling, but my item didn't go out for nearly a week. There was no explanation as to why until I contacted the seller and inquired. The seller responded quickly and explained that he was sick. Everyone gets sick, but if you are trying to run a business and be competitive, you need good communication practices. Once the item arrived, it was packaged well and as described.
