  Item was shipped in padded envelope and arrived bent, It took a little finesse but I got it in pretty good shape where it's hardly noticable. I thought it was a metal plate but it's not! pretty fast shipping, good price, good seller. I would ship in a small box to avoid getting bent or damaged myself.

  Absolutely excellent seller, I've been looking for a roland lucina ax 09 for so long and I de idea to buy this one. The shipping arrived from Japan to the UK in around 4-5 days, and came very quickly. This item is in very good condition, with the original demo cd and everything, and is in very good quality.   As describe, arrived well package and intact. Only issue which wasn't the seller's fault at all... well lets just say if the USPS didn't ship the item back and forth between 3 cities a dozen times instead of delivering it the 1st time they wouldn't have the bad rep they have. But at least it did show up eventually. Would totally buy from this seller again.

  I cannot believe how fast that shipping was. I've ordered things the next state over that got here slower than this thing came from Japan. Item was in the condition as described and impeccably packaged. I've never seen that much care put into bubble wrap before. A+ 10/10 no notes
