    Great communication. Seller notified me, pre-emptively, that there would be a one day delay due to a power failure at the shipper's warehouse. Item was well packaged for shipping and arrived in perfect condition. Item appears to be as described, but I can't say anything about its function, because it has yet to be installed. However, I do not foresee a problem in that regards. Price made it a good value compared to other sellers both on Ebay and other websites.

    Quality seems excellent. Condition is new. Great value for the money. Appearance is exactly like the picture. It was a little banged up, but that was due to the shipping not the packaging. The packaging was excellent. Hubby is pleased and says it will do. I highly recommend the seller.

    There was a misunderstanding from the ebay posting. After discussing with the seller the problem was resolved and a refund made. A good seller will do business again in the future I hope. Excellent communication. Very fast and prompt shipping.
