  The seller's guarantee was quick shipping, and I think he did his best to assure that happened. However, USPS dropped the ball. What did the seller do? He refunded me half the sales price. That was far beyond necessary, but I am both impressed and grateful. That's putting the buyer first, which is rarer than it used to be.
