  Great seller! He was extremely communicative throughout the process and answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. Although I felt like there were some differences between the item's description and what I received, the seller was extremely responsive and understanding and was quick to make it right.   The Mini Praxis arrived today. The knife was as described in the listing. It came in the original packaging minus the plastic bag, not an issue. Shipping was very fast. A++++ Seller! I look forward to doing future business with them.

  Absolutely phenomenal seller — great communication prior to purchase and after. A++++++ Item was described as being new, open box. The item ended up malfunctioning unexpectedly (manufacturer error) and the seller was excellent with communication and resolving the issue. (I issued a refund and it was accepted.) I deeply appreciate this online purchase interaction — everything felt fair and reasonable.

  One of my best buys in the last three months. The items were most of them in excellent shape. Good looking items. Some exceptions but overall the items were great. Good deal. I could repeat this deal every day of the week. The shipping was quick and the packaging was good. The items were as described.

  The item is as described, and shipping was fast. However, the packaging could have been better. It looked like it had been run over, and a hole in the side of the package was almost big enough for the item to fall out. Overall, I would buy from this seller again.

  Received the skillet promptly and it was well packed with lots of padding so arrived in great shape. The skillet looks just like in the photos so they were very accurate - appreciate that! Happy to have this new skillet at a good price.
