  Great price, well-packed, promptly shipped. Due to an EBay/cart issue too much shipping was charged; the seller corrected it and issued a refund. The original piece was either broken in its original packaging or damaged in transit; the seller sent an intact replacement quickly. Seller communicated well and promptly, and made everything right without delay. I would definitely do business again.

  Items purchased was as described. No damage. Packaging in original box. Insufficient tape on lid and bottom of box. Package arrived with the top of the box open. Tape was reused from the factory. Shipping cost was reasonable. Value was as per retail pricing. But didn't have to wait 6 months for the product. Would defiantly purchase from this seller again. Megan Music Group LLC.

  Shipping arrived a day before Ebay s estimated schedule so, that s a plus. Packaging was decent, not the OG box but it was well cushioned, just as described. I m glad it came with its OG plastic bag & item tag, so that ups its value. It s practically brand new. So sad that Sabian aren t making these anymore. On the other hand, it makes this one a rare addition to my collection, and I m glad I own it.

  Superb transaction from every angle : Swiss-made Paiste hi-hat pair looks like they were just now crafted back in Switzerland itself!!! Brand New condition of both cymbals, and they were bubble-wrap packaged perfectly in terms of protection. Free Shipping sweetened this particular deal even further. Shipped on Friday the 13th, and FedEx quickly had them to Baltimore on Sunday the 15th, damage-free. Thanks again to everyone involved!!! 🥳
